Tracey Lambele joined Corporate Navigators in early 2007.  Previously Tracey was the Director of Research and Marketing for the Mergers & Acquisitions division of Cook Associates.  While in this role she had the opportunity to assist Private Equity Groups and Private/Public Corporations in targeting industries for acquisitions. With the assistance of the team she assembled, together they were able to build a proprietary database of acquisition targets, develop an internal research process, and collaborate on projects with the Vice Presidents to meet client needs.  

Prior to this role, Tracey spent several years in executive search with Spencer Stuart and Russell Reynolds.  While in research roles at these two firms, Tracey supported several practices including Consumer, Technology, Life Sciences, and Industrial as well as subpractices for CIO, Diversity, and Board of Directors. Both of these top ranked global firms allowed her to build a foundation of good research techniques, project management skills, and successful multi-tasking abilities. It is through these experiences that Tracey brings a great deal of knowledge and applicable skills to her current role as the Director of Client Services.  Tracey is responsible for attracting new clients as well as being a point person for existing clients.  She is also responsible for internal talent acquisition and assists senior management with day-to-day operations. 

 Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN.
